Enclosure design meets event management: LAVAYSSIERE designs an enclosure for a mobile beer dispenser
In the world of industrial sheet metal, innovation is not confined to workshops and production lines. It can also be seen in bold projects, where design, technology and user experience meet in unexpected ways. That’s exactly what we’ve been doing at LAVAYSSIERE, part of the MAVENTIS Group, by working with two passionate young entrepreneurs and the HYH Créations design studio.
An original casing design
The company 𝗟𝗔𝗩𝗔𝗬𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗘𝗥𝗘, part of the MAVENTIS group, in partnership with the design studio 𝗛𝗬𝗛 𝗖𝗿𝗲́𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, present a new collaboration with a visionary client whose concept has won over our teams.
Two young entrepreneurs, both 25 years old, had the innovative idea of creating a self-contained and mobile beer dispenser, providing a unique experience for festival-goers and sports fans at their favorite events.
The idea: to create a fully autonomous mobile beer dispenser for cultural events, festivals, sporting events, and trade shows. The goal? To offer organizers a practical and attractive beverage dispensing solution that can operate autonomously on site, with a high level of safety and optimal resistance to outdoor conditions.
A custom industrial sheet metal project
To meet this ambition, the LAVAYSSIERE teams drew on their expertise in enclosure design and industrial sheet metal work. The specifications imposed numerous constraints: compactness, strength, ease of transport, modularity, and safe access, while adhering to an aesthetic charter consistent with the design imagined by HYH.

The 3D mechanical design of the frame,

Laser cutting and precision bending of sheet metal,

The integration of technical modules (pressure taps, refrigeration, keg storage space),

Optimization for field use (wheels, carrying handles, ventilation, safety, etc.).
A user experience
The result: a stand-alone beer dispenser with four taps, equipped with a built-in counter and storage space for kegs. Robust and stylish, this mobile bar offers users a unique and user-friendly self-service experience, while simplifying logistics for organizers.
The prototype caused a sensation when it was first used at a test event. Feedback from professionals and the public alike was unanimous, confirming the idea of industrializing the concept.
An industrialization phase already underway
Building on this success, LAVAYSSIERE is working steadily on the mass production of casings, enriched by feedback from the field. A mini version of Drinkee is also available on the market.

The goal has been achieved: mass production of this autonomous mobile bar, with a model that can be adapted to different uses: concerts, stadiums, exhibitions, trade shows, etc.
