STUDY AND DESIGN
Each unique project begins with a personalized study.
Our dedicated planning and design team works closely with you right from the start. We shape the preliminary design and draw up precise specifications, including the modelling of the machine and the design of the protective housing. We use advanced CAM and ERP systems to ensure efficient management of every project detail. Manufacturing
Once the model has been validated, we plan its production in our workshops. We have a particularly efficient machine park which, combined with the experience of our workers, enables us to guarantee the best quality at the best price. 2 meters x 4 meters fiber laser cutting, 3 meters and 4 meters folding press, 3D program and angle control. Powder coating installation, capacity 6 m x 1 m50 H 2m50. Every stage of production is subject to rigorous quality controls to meet your most exacting requirements.
First Assembly Test / Validation
The complete or partial assembly of the casings is an essential stage in our quality approach. It consists in temporarily assembling the elements of the casing in order to rigorously check all the parts, the accuracy of their dimensions, their perfect assembly and to do any necessary adjustments. Rigor and requirement are expected during this operation. The finished product must correspond perfectly with the specifications. Nothing is left to chance during this pre-assembly, because the aim is to guarantee the total conformity of the enclosure.
Assembly & Integration
Our experienced teams take care of the final assembly of your equipment, whether it’s industrial control panels, technical rooms, test benches, protective cabins, special machines or any other specific housing or cladding. We guarantee the perfect integration of all components, for a final result that meets your requirements.
Delivery & installation
