That’s exactly what we’ve been doing at LAVAYSSIERE<\/strong>, part of the MAVENTIS<\/a> Group, by working with two passionate young entrepreneurs and the HYH Cr\u00e9ations <\/strong>design studio. <\/p>\n The company \ud835\udddf\ud835\uddd4\ud835\udde9\ud835\uddd4\ud835\uddec\ud835\udde6\ud835\udde6\ud835\udddc\ud835\uddd8\ud835\udde5\ud835\uddd8, part of the MAVENTIS group<\/strong>, in partnership with the design studio \ud835\udddb\ud835\uddec\ud835\udddb \ud835\uddd6\ud835\uddff\ud835\uddf2\u0301\ud835\uddee\ud835\ude01\ud835\uddf6\ud835\uddfc\ud835\uddfb\ud835\ude00, present a new collaboration with a visionary client whose concept has won over our teams. The idea<\/strong>: to create a fully autonomous mobile beer dispenser<\/strong> for cultural events, festivals, sporting events, and trade shows. The goal? To offer organizers a practical and attractive beverage dispensing solution<\/strong> that can operate autonomously on site, with a high level of safety and optimal resistance to outdoor conditions. <\/p>\n To meet this ambition, the LAVAYSSIERE<\/strong> teams drew on their expertise in enclosure design<\/strong> and industrial sheet metal work<\/strong>. The specifications imposed numerous constraints: compactness, strength, ease of transport, modularity, and safe access, while adhering to an aesthetic charter consistent with the design imagined by HYH. <\/p>\n Our services included:<\/p>\n The 3D mechanical design <\/strong>of the frame,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Laser cutting<\/strong> and precision bending<\/strong> of sheet metal,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Assembly<\/strong> and painting in our workshop,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n The integration of technical modules<\/strong> (pressure taps, refrigeration, keg storage space),<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Optimization for field use<\/strong> (wheels, carrying handles, ventilation, safety, etc.).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n The result: a stand-alone beer dispenser with four taps<\/strong>, equipped with a built-in counter<\/strong> and storage space for kegs<\/strong>. Robust and stylish, this mobile bar offers users a unique and user-friendly self-service experience<\/strong>, while simplifying logistics for organizers. <\/p>\n The prototype<\/strong> caused a sensation when it was first used at a test event. Feedback from professionals and the public alike was unanimous, confirming the idea of industrializing the concept<\/strong>. <\/p>\n Building on this success, LAVAYSSIERE<\/strong> is working steadily on the mass production of casings, enriched by feedback from the field.
